Our story
Customers already message the businesses they love on WhatsApp. But most support tools were built for email and web portals — leaving WhatsApp conversations scattered across personal phones, with no tickets, no routing and no way to measure what is happening.
We built SupportWize to close that gap. Every conversation on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API becomes a trackable ticket, routed to the right agent, held to an SLA and measured for continuous improvement — without asking your customers to learn anything new.
