Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SupportWize, a product of SimpliRide ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

SupportWize is a customer support platform that connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform to turn conversations into tickets, with routing, queues, SLAs, analytics and billing. We may update, add or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace, including that of invited team members.
  • Roles (Owner, Admin, Agent) determine the access each member has to features and data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or the WhatsApp Business Platform terms and messaging policies.
  • Send spam, unsolicited or prohibited messages.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or disrupt its operation.

5. WhatsApp Business Platform

Use of the Service requires a connected WhatsApp Business number and compliance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform terms and messaging policies. You are responsible for maintaining the eligibility and good standing of your WhatsApp Business account. We are not responsible for actions taken by Meta with respect to your account.

6. Subscriptions, wallet and payments

  • Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack.
  • A prepaid wallet may be used for applicable usage-based charges.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

7. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers submit through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights necessary to process Customer Data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by SimpliRide and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or brand features.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that poses risk to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
